If you select LTL freight, next-day, or second-day service instead of free ground, the selected rate is charged on the order exactly as quoted. Free shipping applies to standard ground service within the contiguous United States; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional charges shown at checkout.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Every order receives a tracking number, whether it ships via ground, expedited, or LTL freight. Tracking information is emailed to you and available in your account dashboard at any time.

Before signing for any delivery (especially LTL freight), inspect all packages for visible damage. If damage is found, note it on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges and transit time, shown at checkout.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated ship date. You're free to cancel any backordered item at no charge before it ships.
